Since 2013, I've explored the benefits of mindfulness meditation through dedicated practice and inquiry. My intention is to teach these practices in the spirit of optimizing health, happiness and well-being.

Sādhanā: daily spiritual practice; anything practiced with awareness, discipline and the intention of spiritual growth.
